At Fusion Lacrosse, We pride ourselves on having identified what creates great players and teams and building our infrastructure around those elements. We have the exceptional advantage of having what we define as “pro coaches”. This means having coaches that have played professional lacrosse, but also no “Dad coaches” or part-time fill in’s leading our teams. Our staff is compromised of select individuals dedicated to delivering our Fusion model. Our model is centered on A) developing a passion and joy for the game B) cultivating an extremely competitive atmosphere C) consistent guidance for players to reach their goals, and D) delivering a training model based on elite skill development- which includes a robust winter box lacrosse season. At the center of it all, our “Fusion Family” atmosphere is something that is felt from day one.
